Membership & Payment

How much does membership cost?

Upon joining, you will be required to pay an admission fee of ¥1,000 and an annual membership fee of ¥4,000.
From the second year onward, the annual membership fee of ¥4,000 will be charged each year.

Do you provide support in languages other than Japanese?

All member benefits, including the official Akino Arai website and other online content, are provided in Japanese only.

Can I join from outside Japan?

Membership is limited to residents of Japan.

We do not accept overseas payments or ship materials internationally.。



Membership Validity & Renewal

How long is my membership valid?

Your membership starts on the date of payment (“Enrollment Date”) and is valid until the last day of that month in the following year.

Example: Enrollment Date: 2014/8/16 → Expiration Date: 2015/8/31.

How do I renew my membership?

At the beginning of your expiration month, we will send an email with renewal instructions.

If you wish to continue, please pay the annual fee of ¥4,000 before the expiration date.

Please note: Even a 1-day delay will result in loss of member benefits.

I forgot my expiration date.

Please inquire via the contact form on the members-only site.



Accessing the Members-Only Website

How do I log in?

Visit the “Member Log In” page and enter your ID and password, which were provided via email upon joining.



Updating Your Member Information

My email address, home address, or phone number has changed. What should I do?
1.  Access the “Fun Club Top” page on your computer.
2.  Click the “Contact” button.
3.  Enter your membership number, name, and email address.
4.  Enter the updated information and submit.

I forgot my ID or password.

Please send an email via the contact form, including your registered name, address, membership number, phone number, and email address.

Note: Password changes are not possible. Membership name transfers are not accepted.



Mail & Postal Items

I did not receive my mail.

Your registered contact details may be incorrect. Please update them via the contact form.

Returned mail due to unknown address or relocation may result in suspension of further mailings.



Membership Card

Can I get a replacement membership card?

Yes, but a reissue fee will apply. Your membership number may change. Please contact us via the members-only site.

Concert Tickets & Advance Reservations

Are tickets guaranteed for members?

No. Advance reservations are offered only when supported by the event organizer.

Some events may not have a fan club presale.

If demand exceeds supply, tickets will be allocated by lottery.

How can I buy tickets?

The application process varies by event and will be announced via email or the members-only site.

How many tickets can I buy per concert?

This depends on the venue. For smaller venues, it may be limited to 1 ticket per member.

Why was my seat not good despite buying through the presale?

Seats are assigned by lottery. Membership does not guarantee front-row seating.

Can I send gifts?
